Simon

Draws on 20 years’ experience in Capability and Reliability working across process, manufacturing, food, beverage and oil & gas industries. A specialist in CMMS and lean systems. Simon commenced his career as an Advanced Trade Certified Maintenance Engineer. Having worked his way through various reliability and planning roles decided there was an opportunity in this area and with strengths in relationships management and a natural skill around maintenance systems, started what we know today as Altivate. Having worked with some of the big brands within New Zealand such as Fonterra, Coca-Cola, Lion Breweries, Villa Maria, and Vector Energy (OnGas). He has a flare for getting to the heart of the issue at hand and engaging people to come on the journey.

Jane

Having managed and coached people for most of her career, Jane recognises the importance and impact their engagement and performance in an organisation will have. Jane is an accredited International Coach (ICC), coupled with her business degree and management experience, she is able to work with individuals and teams at all levels to identify opportunities for improvement and walk with them on the journey for change. Jane also has experience working with a wide range of CMMS systems, asset management and planning. Through her public and private sector experience combined with her long-term thinking, she will ask the hard questions to ensure there is efficiency and long-term sustainability in our projects.
